At Very Valletta, we develop informative adventures for those who want a depth of perspective not found on standard travel programs. We love to work with museum and site curators as well as University Professors. We can offer ‘behind the velvet rope’ access as, well as star appearances in the sites we visit. This creates one-of-a-kind experiences – rich, multifaceted views into every topic. We can arrange for privileged access to places and experts that we have developed through our local network, a network built over 20 years of research and experience.
There are a variety of cultural, international, social and leisure activities to experience in Malta. Valletta itself hosts numerous such activities, like the Malta Baroque Festival in January, the Fireworks Festival around April/May, the Jazz Festival on the third week of July and the Rolex Middle Sea Race on the third week of October. These are just some of the international events that are organized on a yearly basis. Then there are the more local events, like the Wine Festival and the Film Festival and many more. We will make sure that if something is taking place, even at a local level, during your stay in Valletta, we will let you know and try to weave it into your program.
We can design group activities that include art and culture, or history, or a mix of the two. On a totally different angle, we have worked very closely with some of Malta’s top yoga and wellness practitioners and can now offer yoga, meditation, spa and wellness rituals and sound baths in the most spectacular locations in and around Valletta. We are also very much in tune with sustainability trends and can offer original and unusual workshops in various quirky locations in Valletta
In addition, we can organize a foodie themed program where we take you on a gastronomic journey tasting some of our little known street food outlets whether you are sharing a meal with the locals or indulging in a Michelin Star restaurant. Group dinners are where stories are shared, and ideas are born.
“Culture makes people understand each other better. And if they understand each other better in their soul, it is easier to overcome the economic and political barriers. But first they have to understand that their neighbor is, in the end, just like the, with the same problems, the same questions.”
